Stockland Development's in-house design team ensures our continued success as a highly respected, award-winning developer. The design team is led by John Taylor, a senior design architect who has over 15 years experience in residential apartment design and a comprehensive knowledge of interior design. Together, John and the design team strive to ensure innovation, quality and continuity in each project that Stockland undertakes.

The team works closely with the National Sustainability Manager and the project’s architects and interior designers, to ensure that each comply with Government regulations.

John and his team also worked closely with the architects Allen Jack+Cottier, the interior designers Fairweather Proberts and the landscape architects OCULUS to ensure that The Village offers ‘market-leading’ design initiatives in architechture, interior design and landscaping.
